Don,

DOT said they can meet soon and I'll get back to you with some dates. Also, the
Bureau of Sanitation told me the Adopt-A-Basket program is on hold for now until
they revise the program. Apparently, very little of the adopted trash cans were
being maintained across the city and they felt it a waste of time and resources to
continue. They might bring it back, but not at this time. The only thing I could
ask is if (maybe) they will allow you to purchase their green cans and that'll end
up being cheaper than the ones you have now? Let me know what you think.
